To book a session, choose Proctored Interview or Technical Challenge, pick your date, time, and location, select the desired options for your session, then confirm. You’ll receive an email confirmation shortly with your session details.
We accept major credit cards through our secure Stripe payment system. Your payment information is encrypted for safety.
You can reschedule or cancel your interview session by contacting our support team. Please provide your reservation details for assistance. Changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the session's scheduled start time. Cancelations within 24 hours of the session's scheduled start time incur a full session fee.
Our all‑inclusive rate is $99 USD per hour for the duration of the candidate session. This covers the room, equipment, ID check, optional proctor, and recording.
Yes—a 1‑hour minimum applies to every session. Additional time is billed in 30‑minute increments.
Your $99/hour rate covers facility, tech setup, and standard proctoring. There are no additional fees charged in addition to the hourly rate.
No‑Show: If the candidate fails to arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session is marked as a no‑show and the full booked time period is charged.
Late Arrival: If the candidate arrives within the 15‑minute grace period, we’ll still honor the booking, but time lost cannot be recovered. The session will end at the originally scheduled time unless you choose to extend (see “What happens if the session runs longer?”).
If your session exceeds the booked time, we automatically bill you in 30‑minute increments at the same $99/hour rate. You’ll receive an updated invoice reflecting the extra time.
